Wishcasting Wednesday: What do you wish to do one day?

It's been a while, quite some weeks actually and I've only just realised it's Wednesday ....... time for Wishcasting!  However, rather than my usual long-ish blog post with a steady stream of ...... well, what makes up my thought process for wishing ......... I thought this week I'd keep it rather simple!  Hmmm, I wonder if that sound was jaws dropping wide open in shock *grin*.

So the question - What do you wish to do one day?

Hmmmm, one day seems to me to mean that my wish isn't something I'm doing, putting into practice or thinking is really that possible - more of a pipe dream, a hope, or as Janece describes this week over at The Wild Pomegranate, a bucket list!

For myself though, I'm going to look at this differently:

One day:

1.   I wish to practice yoga in Barbados (already planned, booked, paid for and counting down the weeks).
2.   I wish to start the next level in my counselling studies (already planned, booked, paid for and counting down the weeks).
3.  I wish to be more self-aware (this is an ongoing process, which hopefully I incorporate daily and become *more* aware and evolved each day).
4.  I wish to open my heart fully (again, an ongoing process, but which I think will happen gradually and over this lifetime).
5.  I wish to truly believe in the wonder of me (again, ongoing and a lifetime process).

And of course, in reality come January 3rd, all of these can "technically" have a tick next to them because they will either be completed (yoga) or be in progress!

Then of course there's the ones that mean I have to get off my backside a little bit more than I already am if I really want to achieve them:

6.   I wish to run a 6km treadmill run quicker and with less stops, where I preferably don't feel like turning avocado green! (At the moment, the few times I've done this the very least I look is a leaking boiled tomato!)
7.   I wish to be able to say no to cakes, chocolate and sugar!  'Nuff said!
8.   I wish to be a kinder, more compassionate and peaceful person.  Now this is ongoing, but it's a battle.  I try to be kind but still have many thoughts of either revenge or karma biting someone hard (the neighbour dispute is still going on as one example).

And of course the biggies which need a hellavu lot of effort etc:

9.  I wish to have many more years on this physical plane with Gem (given he's turned 18 now, with about 4 years of kidney medication already behind him, and a heart murmur).
10.  I wish to be able to trust fully (*eek* ....... I can feel the heart palpitations start immediately).
11.  I wish to be married again (given I don't really feel like this is going to happen, I'm not exactly helping myself - see numbers 10 and 4 above!)
12.  I wish to allow myself to love without fear (SQUEAK).

Hang on, just re-reading that back ........ I think number 7 should be in the last category ...... especially since I've just eaten 1 and half melted chocolate puddings tonight with double cream poured over.  As usual, the eyes were bigger than the belly and even I couldn't face the last bit!  It was yummy though *grin*.

Right, I've gone on longer than anticipated - as usual.  For all those who are wishing (even if not blogging about it) ...... as you wish for yourself, so I wish for you too!  Go on, send those wishes out into the universe ........ you never know what that wish may bring back to you ;)

sheesh. I need to steal your #7 and tattoo it on my forehead so I see it every time I look in the mirror! LOL I've eaten more junk today, and it's only 3p.m.!

You are such an inspiration to me. I don't think I tell you that - or tell you enough anyway. All that you do in the course of 24 hours is staggering. And all that you WANT to do??? well, it's pretty impressive :)

All of your wishes are wonderful!!!

As you wish for yourself, Darling Mouse, I wish for you as well!

I love that some of those wishes are already in progress and becoming reality; may they all come to fruition. As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you.
